pool vent
I had an inground pool installed this summer. Everything went beautifully until the railings & ladder were installed.
They were both wobbly and able to be pulled out of the ground in 2 weeks. I call the owner and tell him I dont understand why this is happening.
He proceeds to SCREAM at me, telling me obviously I dont understand things and I should have my husband call him to explain things!!!
So his son shows up today to recement the steps and tells my father - she's the biggest complainer that we have had all season.
Can you believe that !!!
what business owner does these things!
I'm so annoyed.
If 3 phone calls about a safety issue is your biggest problem customer - i think you are doing ok.
I'm sick over this! all I wanted was stairs that weren't dangerous. I'm being treated like I'm the problem.
