Newbie and a question!
Hi all! Got my BFP on Saturday (and Sun., Mon., Tues., and Wed.,)  and wanted to say hi!
Also, one question. I am confused after I read some article....My last per. was July 23rd. When everyone says they are "10 weeks or 7 weeks .....etc." What does that mean?
Am I 4 weeks right now or in my 4th week? is there a difference?? I'm confused!
This is going to be a rough 9 months!

Congrats and welcome!!  
If your last pd was July 23, you should be 4w 1d today. I believe this means you have completed 4 weeks total, so you are IN your fifth week.
I know it's totally confusing at first. Here's a website that might help you with the months too! link
