I have a story to share
Yesterday My sister, Mom , and I went to Bingo in Mount sinai at the heritage inn, Well I eventually lost in Bingo they didn't play for money they played for mary kay products, Ok, Now for my story while we were there we bumped into a lady we knew her husband use to work on our car in mount sinai,She is a consultant now,Anyhow i have not seen her in a year and after bingo was over i got up and she motioned for me to come over by her and she was like Roseann you look good, You look like you lost weight!! I was   I was like yes and i told her my situation with the Dr. in the beginning of the year and how my blood pressure was 170/90 and i was put on this 'strict' Diet.. It felt so good to hear that, Yes i know alot of people have been telling me how good i look 'BUT, When its someone you haven't seen in a year or so it really makes you feel good.. Thank you for listening to my babbliing.
