Winthrop or Mercy or NSUH?
TIA
And what OB/GYN do you recommend?
I am trying to figure out what dr. I should go to based on what hospital they are affiliated with. What Hospital would you recommend?

I am delivering at NSUH, My doctor is Dr. David Bergman however there are 4 other doctors that deliver in the practice Dr. Marchbein, Dr. Oppenheim and Dr. Berliner. They have their main office in Great Neck with a satellite office in Woodbury.
Allof my friends who live on Long island have delivered at NSUH with some at Winthrop.
Personally those would be the two that I would deliver at.
It also depends on where you live.

I will be delivering at Winthrop Hospital. My doctor is around the corner on Mineola Boulevard. The name of the office is Long Island Women's Heatlth Group and one of my favorite doctors is Dr. Levine. There are other doctors there (about 5-6), but he's my favorite.

Ive never been to either hospital, but my friend delivered at Winthrop twice as well as her sister...and the RAVED about how wonderful the experience was!

I am prob delivering at Mercy or Winthrop, my OB is affiliated with both. I work at Mercy and although i complain about it all the time, I have heard nothing but AWESOME GREAT things about their Labor/Delivery and Maternity ward. Actually the one thing Mercy is known for is their Maternity. I am using Dr. Blinderman and her staff. It is an all Woman OB/GYN practice. She also has Dr. King on staff and 2 Certified Nurse Midwives, Karen Wheeler and Betsy Fitzsimmons, who are ALL FANTASTIC. They are located in Rockville Centre. So most likely i will deliver at Mercy, might as well....since I know everyone. But Winthrop is good too and so is NSUH. Good luck!

I go to the same Drs office and will most likely be delivering at Mercy. I know a few people who had great experiences there and raved about it..........besides, that's where I was born

I delivered at NSUH and I loved it there! I have no complaints whatsoever! My Dr. is Christine Melgar she is part of the North Shore Obstetrics and Gynecology practice in Bay Terrace. There are 5 Dr.s there and they are all really good Dr.s.
