Angry about breaking dawn......
Im mad how she ended this series. Im most angry that she didnt even give Jacob and Bella a shot. I knew they wouldnt end up together but i thought she would give them a chance in Breaking Dawn. Im just not happy how this series ended.

Really? I dont think Jacob and BElla were ever gonna hgave a chance. TI was clear her and Edward were soul mates and the jacob thing was leading up to what happened in Breaking Dawn.

I have to agree with this. I never though Bella and Jacob were going to have a chance. With SM always bring up the imprinting and Jacob not imprinting on Bella it was only a matter of time before he imprinted on someone else.

I have to agree with this. I never though Bella and Jacob were going to have a chance. With SM always bring up the imprinting and Jacob not imprinting on Bella it was only a matter of time before he imprinted on someone else.

I didn't like it much either.. I never thought once Jacob and Bella would have a chance.. The whole baby thing threw me way off course and then Jacob imprinting on Renesme, well, that was just weird...

after reading so many negative reviews about the book, i was expecting it to be awful, and it exceeded my low expectations. i didn't love it, but i didn't hate it either.
there was no way bella and jacob were ever going to get together. #1, he never imprinted on her. #2, in eclipse, i found it very odd that bella even felt that she was in love with him. that just seemed to come out of nowhere, just to throw a wrench into the story. i always just saw their relationship as nothing more than a brother/sister relationship.

I don't think Jacob ever had a shot with Bella. In the end, he was a Band-Aid for the Edward's absense.

I thought meyer gave a definite impression by the end of the 3rd book that Jacob and Bella might be together. There were all those references to Bella feeling too controlled by Edward and her unhappiness with the engagement. Clearly Meyer was just trying to throw us off the scent though.

Maybe it was perspective...beacuse I didnt see this at all. I think it was clearly setting us up for the imprinting in Breaking Dawn.

I feel the SAME WAY. I wanted them to have a shot, too. But you already knew that.

Same here. I was really hesitant to read it but it wasn't as bad as I expected. I personally like the way she ended it. Edward and Bella belong together. I'm glad Jacob found his soul mate too...even if it was a little weird. I felt so bad for him.
