I DID NOT SURVIVE-Can you send some survival vibes my way?-UPDATED

I have 19 days left at the company h*ll.

On Friday, I was out and they were texting me to call them and I was fed up-so I text them back, "Not to be rude, but does anyone there know how to use the system?". I was supposed to call them to help them out on stuff they were already CC'd on durning the week (but they where to lazy to ever respond anyway), but I was convinced by family and friends not to.

Now I have to deal with the wrath of this place when I get in. I was so fed up-I have another job which I start on 09/22-I am going back to an old emplyer. I told them when I quit that I would stay till someone was trained, and in turn, they gave me time to find a job. I did it more so they could give the employment broker notice without having to pay him.

I don't know how I am going to survive there, I was just so fed up, I was like screw all of you, I really stopped caring about this place when they refered to me and the other girl as the c-word.
Or when I was told women are genetic defects. I just can'[t take it anymore.

Put it this way-I send the CEO an email quitting, and it took him two days to read it and realied I quit... Need I say more?

Please think of me today as I try to survie just another day in this messed up company.

So after telling my husband how much they where paying the girl with no experience, we got in to a brawl. He was beyond furious because I was helping them out after they have continuously screwed me left and right with money and with the whole hostile atmosphere. After all, no one likes to be told they are a genetic defect as a women, that you have "Jew in your blood that is why you are good at your job" while "jewing" down the price... that you are a C You Next Tuesday, or made fin of as if you are mentally challenged when askign a question...

So I go in there and I tell him that he has two choices-I leave thsi Friday or Next Friday... your choice. He says you told me the 19th. I said I told you I was leavign on teh 6th, it is teh 26th-you knew from the 7th that you where having the girl in our office take over my position and you should have started then. Tehn I said that I was highly insulted that she is making what I am with NO experience in this industry.

HE STARTS TO CURSE ME OUT! I said NO-YOU HOLD IT RIGHT THERE...

I said if anyone has been F'd over, it has been me! From screwign me with the salary-ie tellign me $5-10000 more, okaying 5 and getting a contract for $5000 less! Tehn promising me more in three months, then telling me sorry-we can not afford it. Then firing peopel and I absorbed all of their tasks plus my regular position... THen having me make teh compnay good money and then save them ALOT of money only to be told AGAIN that you for all of your hard work-but we can not afford to give you ANYTHING else.

SO he continues to curse at me, throws me out of the office. I start to train teh girl in the office, he storms out screaming that tehy have a problem-she
said she is leavign Friday. DId not mention that I said I would stay till next Friday... Three jerks go behind closed doors-I train the girl-they come out, biggest jerk calls her to do something else... not a good time to be havign her do anything but trainigng. My phone rings-I take teh call as it was something regardign business and I go in the hall to talk to him.

I come back in a few minutes later-the biggest jerk calls me in to the CFO's office and tells me you are goign home now.

I start laughing. I am like you are firing me? I said that is great! I will collect unemployment, lol... I am seriously smilign and laughing. (ANd considering what a great lawsuit I have enough ammo for)...

He says no, you are resiging. I read it-it says without notice. I was like -nope, I gave you notice-he said well you said teh 19th of September, and you are leaving now. I said sorry-I have teh email stating I gave you notice on the 6th, it is the 26th-look, I have an emauil to prove it! He is like fine whatever-I will mark taht it is with notice...

Then he tells the CFO to watch me collect me things-she has 5 minutes-and then he has to escort me out. I am cracking up at this point. Liek seriously, I coulsn;t stop giggling. Maybe nerves, maybe anger-but I really found it funny!
So I go-GOOD IDEA! I wouldn't want to steal any trade secrets! lol... still laughing.

He is liek I have to go to a meeting, I am goign to be late. He says to teh other two girls-c-ya later... Leaves teh office.

I turn around to the CFO, makes sure he fills my paperwork out noting that I am resigning with notice...

As I am about to leave, I turn to the CFO (as the slimeball CEO is still sitting in his office and has not come out in two hours...) and I say, by the way (insert name), just make sure Mike knows this... DON'T EVEN THiNK ABOUT F'ING WITH MY PAYCHECK. I have every single email-every single email saved on my flash drive-before you cut me email off today. Every email in and out. I have every derogatory comment directed towards me, every insult, every curse. I have the date, time, comment and what we where doing at that time documented. I also spoke to a lawyer. Don't F with my paycheck...

I left right after that.

So that is the end of my story...
