I read it and also loved it....
I discussed it with my mom and I felt like I was talking about a true story....
I don't know who I picture for the casting. Probably noone we have heard of for the teenage characters, since I feel that they should look young, like real HS students...
I almost pictured like Halle Barre or Julia Roberts for the mom......but I dunno.

I read it, but didn't love it.
Hit a little close to home at some points.
Didn't know they were making a movie. But I can see a Michelle Pfeiffer as the mom or Sandra Bullock.

Hated it- I just could not for the life of me buy that main girl character (I forget her name.) No one would ever do that to their BF,would they? It made no sense to me.....

Ditto. My LEAST favorite Jodi Picoult book.
I can buy that she did that to her BF alright - I just felt the book was trite.
