Interview Committee

Has anyone ever been on a schoolwide interviewing committee for the Assistant Principal? Or, could anyone shed light on this topic:

A friend is interviewing for an AP job on Long Island, and has been forwarded to the district level interview committee - we are trying to brainstorm questions that will be asked, so if anyone has any ideas, please respond!

I haven't interviewed prospective AP's but I have interviewed prospective principals. Our committees are made up of parents, teachers, aides, other administrators, clerical staff and the assistant superintedents.

Each group has different interests and therefore will ask different questions. I don't remember the exact questions we asked but the teachers asked teacher centered questions, one director asked a question related to her discipline, and etc... I hope that helps. Sorry I can't be more specific.
