I found really good babysitters on Craigslist. I asked for references and you could even do a background check for $30 or so

They are six week old twins, we are just looking for a babysitter a couple of nights a week, from pm to am so we can get some sleep..

I think this is more of a basby nurse sort of job-maybe call soe home health care agencies
