Any NYC runners out there?
Im once again in NYC for business next week and staying with a friend on the upper east side.
Anyone want to run the large loop at Central park at around 6am either next Tues, Wed. or Thurs? I am also going to run the dirt path one morning too...

How many miles is that? I usually run in Riverside park, but I would love to give it a shot.

About 6 miles is the outer loop, however you can easily cut a mile or two out by cutting through in two different spots.
The dirt path is about an hour, out and back run...
