I did when I was a kid for about 8 years. I loved it and competed and everything. When DD gets older I'd love for her to give it a try. If your DD dances, what school and where is it? We're in West Babylon so I'd be looking for one in that area...that is if we don't end up moving before she's ready for classes!

You can try to call the Babylon Hibernian Hall. I have seen the girls rehearsing there( all ages) ...not sure if the classes are sponsored by the hall or if they just use the space.

My dd just turned 1 and I'm am going to get her involved in it. I know Massepequa has one, and also the one in Levitton. But a lady i spoke to at a resturant on St pat's day said they are suppose to have ballet first.
