what week can you hear the heartbeat?
I have an appointment today. I am 9 weeks.
Will we be able to hear the heartbeat?

you def. should be able to hear the heartbeat at 9 week. We heard it at 7 weeks

I heard the heartbeat at 7.5 weeks. You will definately be able to hear it at 9 weeks.

You should hear it. We heard the baby's HB at 7w5d.

You should be able to hear it then, but my dr didn't actually use the doppler until 12. We had sonos at our 6 and 8 weeks appts so we saw the HB.

I only saw the heartbeat at my first sono. I heard the heartbeat with a doppler at my 11 week appointment. It depends upon the machine your doctor uses.

Are you having a sono or just a regular appointment? If it's just a regular appointment, it's too early to hear the heartbeat with a doppler. If it's a sono, you should be able to hear it. Good luck at your appointment!

I'm actually not sure what is going to happen at this appointment. I told DH he didn't have to come because I didn't know, but he wants to be there.
