IVF and implantation
I had a successful IVF on my first cycle. I went for my third sono this morning at 6wks 5 days and the Dr said all looks good and the heartbeat looks and sounds fine. BUT... I'm measuring 2 days earlier than I am and I have been measuring 2 days off since my first sono. He thinks there is a possibility I implanted 2 days later than expected. I am neurotic and now worried that something is going on. Anyone have any advice or experience?

Re: IVF and implantation
I think you will be fine. I know a lot of us had babies measuring early and then late throughout the pregnancy. Babies have growth spurts. At one point my baby was a week ahead...the next time they checked, 2 days behind. It will continue to go back and forth.
Congratulations!!!!!!

Re: IVF and implantation
Don't worry about it. I consistently measured behind a few days as well. The sono machine/computer just gives an estimate.

Re: IVF and implantation
There is a 4 day window of error in u/s. It also depends on who is doing the measuring. One of my babies was a week behind in the beginning ad had a slow HR. I am 25 weeks today and all is looking good and he is kicking away as I type. They were 1lb 5 oz and 1 lb 6 oz at my last sono

Re: IVF and implantation
I didn't have IVF, but at my first sono, I measured a week behind and the doctor pusshed my EDD back. I thought I ovulated about 1 week late so that made sense. Since then, I've been measuring a week ahead. I wouldn't worry, especially since there's a +/- 3 or 4 day window in terms of the accuracy of the measurements.
