Another Question?
If you are PG would one of the symptoms be to get a cold. I've had like 2 small colds in the past 2 weeks. They only last for like 2 days and then they are gone. And then it came back like a week later? Dumb question I know. But I thought I read somewhere that when you get PG your immune system shuts down and you are more suseptible to colds and flu and stuff??????
Also would you have any sort of discharge when you are pg?

If you think you may have gotten pregnant two weeks ago, a pregnancy test would answer your question. You can definitely take one by now if you TTC two weeks ago.
A lot of people had gotten sick with colds when they got their BFP's. Good luck!

Not for 2 weeks. If it were a sign you would have likly gotten a positive already. Yes cervical mucus is present during most of your cycle.
You should do a quick search on a typical cycle to help you understand. I think it would save you stress and all the unknown.

I've heard of some people feeling sick when they first get PG but I don't know what all of the symptoms are - sorry.

I don't know about your symptoms and I hope they are the prelude to a BFP, but I wanted to say that you are right about your immune system. It basically drops to about 50% and that is so your body doesn't reject the implanting baby. It's amazing what our bodies do.

I have read this happens for two reasons:
1. Your immune system is weakened so that it does not attack the embryo as an infection or foreign object
2. All of your bodily fluids increase including: blood volume and mucous(cervical and otherwise)

My mom has 6 kids. She says she got a sore throat for 1 day each time she was pg, before she knew she was pg. That was a sign for her after baby #2.
When I got pg last year, I had a 1-day sore throat too!!

Exactly! about a week before i tested my nose/sinuses were congested and at 25 weeks I am still VERY CONGESTED!! and i went from congestion to bloody noses/congestion-yuck.
All throughout pg your immune system is decreased which is what make pg women more susupible to colds, flu etc.
CM does increase too with pg to maintain the cervical mucus plug that covers the cervix throughout pg.
After i o'd my mucus never dried up, and continues to increase
Did you test yet? Much baby dust!

yes, last week I had a cold for like a day. Then a few days later I got a BFP.

Well, I haven't taken a hpt yet, but I'm going to this weekend. It's scary you know. After getting so many negatives and in the back of my mind I know I'll probably get another one. My last period was in October. I haven't been charting or anything. But like I said I have had a couple of colds, my breasts have been sore and today I noticed creamy white cm. What's cm like before a period? I've never paid attention. I'm so freaking cause I don't want another BFN!!!!

Have you always skipped months at a time like that without AF??? If not I would defiantely say you need to test!!!

I have AF about every 2 months. I have done this for about 6 years ago. I did get pregnant once close to 4 years ago, but had a miscarriage. What's cm like before AF? I don't normally have cramps before my period but my breasts hurt for like a week and a half before. Like I said my breasts are sore. But I've never notice cm before AF before. So I don't know.

Some people have increased creamy cm before af but not all do so it all depends!! You can get increased cm with pregnancy as well!! Baby Dust to you!!!
