Looking forward to having a May baby; being nice enough for walks outside & having them at least a few months old for summer.
I'll probably come out after my first OB appt end of Sept, after we tell family.
After my first few days of nauseau, been feeling good (I think it was taking the prenatals on an empty stomach). Just feel tired around 9pm, but nothing like the exhaustion I felt the first time, otherwise I wouldn't even think I'm pregnant, feel fine.
How's everyone else.
What hospitals will people be delivering at?
That's true....we'll be finding out
  right around Christmas/New Years!

Add another May Mommy to the list. My EDD is 5/15. I don't go to the dr though until 10/3. I've been feeling really great.

on a side note i can't believe there is a MAY mommies thread  where did the summer go???

Hi May Mommies! Just checking in. I haven't been around for a few days. Our first doctor appointment is tonight and I'll probably drop the fake name after that, as long as all goes well.
We'll be delivering at St. Charles. Can't wait to find out what we're having!

I guess you can count me in as a May 09 Mom! I got my BFP last week... 9/9. My first OB appt is next week. Sooo excited and I hope we get to see and hear the heartbeat.

Hi everyone I got a BFP on July 18th and I went to my sono last week I am due May 1st I must have ovulated late! I am 7 weeks 2 days today I see the Dr tomorrow... This is my second child I have a DD Brianna who is 2 1/2. I am a bit nervous because I has a miscarriage in April..
I am sick alot comes and goes and my boobs hurt and Im tired but that could be from running around after a toddlertoo..

We had our first appointment tonight. The baby is measuring on target at 7 wks 3 days so my due date stays at May 2nd. The heartbeat was really strong at 150 BPM. The sound of the heartbeat was music to our ears!

ugh.. is anyone else soooo sick? i can't eat anything without feeling like i'm going to  i dread even the smell of food!

Yep! I've felt this way since the day before I got my BFP. I thought I had the flu at first!
I have food aversions and pretty much anything I eat makes me feel nauseous. Hopefully it goes away soon.

We haven't told anyone yet! Based on my LMP i'm due May 18th. I haven't had my first appt, it's scheduled for oct 16..so far away!! We're using a midwife, so i'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Nothing too crazy..occasionally i'll get really tired. I've noticed that i'm super sensitive to scents, but that seems to be about it for now. Very mild chest tenderness, more so this week.
Anyway..we're super excited since this is our first..it's so hard not telling anyone!!

I had my first sono Monday at exactly 7 weeks, and everything came back great, thank god. The baby is just a lil blurb right now, but the best blurb Ive ever seen
I have been so sick though. Had a sinus infection this week and was put on antibiotics....not to mention the nausea I feel everyday! : (
My next appointment is at 11 weeks for the Ultrascreen.

Awww.  I'm sorry you were sick. Hopefully you're feeling better now.
I'm feeling pretty good. M/S hits mainly in the evening now but it's still bad. I have food aversion similar to what I had with DS. I also have cravings which so far include sour dough bread, cereals (Capn Crunch, CoCo Puffs, Apple Jacks), bagels, and milk. Oh and Mallomars. LOVE Mallomars.
We go back to the doctor on 10/20 for our ultrascreen and next sono.
Other than that, things are moving along nicely.
How is everyone else feeling?

still sick here.. most of the day.. going to the doc on friday.. first visit at my regular ob. just got discharged from the RE. Saw the heartbeat on sono at 7 weeks. so the ultrascreen gets done at 11 weeks?

How far along are most of you ladies? I saw my dr on Monday and it turns out im in my 5th week, not 6th like i thought.
Feeling fine. Only sore boobs. No m/s or anything like that.
Nervous about next ultrasound bc thats when fetal pole and yolk sac should be detected.

Had my first Dr appt yesterday and I was told I'm 6 weeks. EDD is May 19th, which is a great date b/c that's the date DH proposed to me. Sono went well... got to see and hear the heartbeat. Next appt is in two weeks when I'll be about 8 weeks prego

I think I am in my 6th week, but August was first month that we didn't use the CBEFM so I am not really sure when I ovulated. Go figure! I have my dr's appt tonight.
Besides the sore boobs and the not sleeping through the night I am feeling ok. No morning sickness yet and I am praying it doesn't come at all. I have a long train ride into NYC each morning for work and am not looking forward to being sick on the train.

I hope you feel better soon. Yes, the ultrascreen usually is done between 11 and 12 weeks.
