Re: Please Recommend~
I take tylenol severe allergy and sinus and that helps me on bad days.
I also won't wear my contacts on those days and will wear glasses instead.

Usually Benadryl is what Dr. tells you to take if you have allergies.
I am allergic to spider and bug bits. I take both benadryl orally and benadry cream for the bit on the skin.

If you have an allergic reaction where your throat is swelling, call your doctor immediately! PLEASE!
Don't rely on an over the counter antihistamine. (And if this happens regularly, even more reason to call the doc for prescription meds!)

I agree too instead of using an over the counter I would call your doc or go to the ER. My doc usually tell me Benedryl but it sounds like you need to be prescribed something.
