And the resumes are already coming in...
I know it was my decision to leave and be at home with DS and work for DH but it is still weird and sort of hurtful
I know they need to hire someone else but to actually see the resumes is strange.

They probably panicked and posted your job online, ya know? I know it is really weird to think of yourself as replaceable...I've been there too.

I know how you feel...I had given my 2 weeks but was actually upset about it. I actually LOVE my job. I was def. weird to get the resumes off the fax and know they were applying for *MY* job.
Needless to say I got a $5 raise and other perks so I sayed.
