Here we go again...

I'm bracing myself for yet another let down from the mets. As usual they pick the last week in the season to flop. I'm not surprised because after last year nothing they do will ever surprise me again, I mean that was rock bottom in my book.

I just will be disappointed, not surprised, just disappointed. Of course it would be nice if they got their act together this week that would be great.

all i say to myself was... they were inconsistent all year... so yea if they dont make the playoffs, it wasnt a total collapse like they are making it out to be.. i just cant understand that!!
the most games they were in first place by had to be around 3.. 3 1/2..

with that said.... for me as a Met fan... of course it is HIGHLY disapointing, and i cant take it anymore,, its always a let down..

I will be disappointed, but not surprised if we don't make it. They have been inconsistent all year. Last year was a complete meltdown. This year is pretty much consistent with the inconsistence.

Either way, I am looking forward to being at the last regular season game at Shea on Sunday.
