Question for the crafty girls...
I am looking to make my own frame like this-- unless I can find one already made-- I do not want the words mom and dad on there-- just the "=" and "+".
Anyone know where I can find small-ish wood symbols/characters in the plus and equal signs? I looked in AC Moore and a little online and nada.
Once I find that-- I can try to track down a pic frame that would work.
Thanks!

I have seen the wood letters at AC Moore before, but I didn't check for characters.

depending on the font you can use an X for the plus and 2 L for the equal

Re: Question for the crafty girls...
I had another thought. Maybe look into websites that sell Greek stuff to frats & sororities. They make those wooden paddles, at least they did when I was in college.

They had these at AC Moore-- brought back memories of my paddles..which I still have btw!
There are no characters that can be used as the symbols I am looking for- in the greek letters, or otherwise. I feel like the easiest thing to do is find an web site that sells that kind of stuff- because they would probably have a better selection.

Re: Question for the crafty girls...
great idea-- that's a good back-up plan... although I would hate to buy the whole set-- although, I guess I could use the #s for educational purposes at some point-- not like I need more crap around my apartment though.
I wonder if I can find something like that where they sell the stuff separately.

Here are Greek Letters
And I think here you can just type what "letters" you want to order. Seemed to work when I typed = and +.
