I am so tired by 6pm......
Now that I have 3 little ones to watch during the day and then my 7yr old and 12 yr old after 2:30 (and their friends come over) by 6 pm I am so tired but thats my designated time to go for a jog
I miss being able to go at 9am
what can I do to have more energy at 6pm ???

Sometimes, no matter how tired, just going out there somehow allows you to muster up the energy.

thats what I did tonight
I was tired and cold but I went anyway and in 2 minutes I was sweaty and running so I guess I just have to force myself to go

or even just a light snack might help - like pb on an apple or something

Even when I am exhausted, I head to the gym. After the workout, I always feel more energized.

that's my problem too. By the time my husband gets home and we eat dinner its almost 730 then it is almost bed time for them. I am so tired by 9 I wish I could work out more.
