registering for twins....

plenty of time left but just wondering....did you all register for 2 of EVERYTHING? i was wondering because i've heard different things from everyone....did you get 2 cribs right away or just keep them in bassinets in the beginning?....also did you get 2 exersaucers?..

i know this sounds crazy but did you find it hard without the 2 exersaucers? i jsut always remember my nieces (twin girls) always wanting to be int he same exact thing..playing with the same toys...i know that may promote a spoiled baby but...just a thought...i agree with everything else except definately wont be registering for a jumperoo--i have a friend whos daughter fell out of hers and cracked her head open on a near by radiator...just scares me too much....one last question....did you get the regular boppy or the newborn lounger?

Re: registering for twins....

2 cribs - we didn't put them in a bassinett to me it seemed like a waste of $$
2 highchairs
2 bouncers (differnt ones)
2 swings (differnt ones)
1 boppy
1 play mat
lots of bottles you will always need more!
i theink a rule of thumb is 1.5 more stuff in general vs double everything.

one thing you may want to do is get one exersaucer and other itms like that to swee if they both like the item before buying a second.

GL & Congrats!

We switched them between the jumperoo and the exesaucer, they were happy in either one, just not only in that one. We thought it woudl be better to have 2 different items instead of the same one at that age.
