What do you use?
I use "I can't believe its not butter".

isn't margarine bad for you? trans fats and all? I stick to butter in moderation

I eat butter on an english muffin before some long runs. I wake up so early an sometimes that's the only thing I can stomach. On veggies or really at any other time I use the Can't believe it's not butter spray.
