Too driven or too hard on themselves with very high expectations? Maybe that they would benefit from additional advanced training in a specific area of their job?

I think so much of these sound like BS. I would take something that he/she was a little weak on and discuss the techniques they implemented to improve.

I always like weaknesses that arent really bad things. Something like when I first worked with so and so their microsoft skills were average, during our time working together she advanced these skills greatly.
