It was ok, but I expected more. If you read the book, you may like it better than I did. Two of my GF that read the book are going tonight, so I am curious to see what they think.

sorry to hear it's disappointing....I was excited to see the two of them in a movie again, and I love Nicholas Sparks novels.

My parents went to see it and they both enjoyed it. But they are not avid movie-goers, so I'm not sure their expectations were that high.

Richard Gere is very good looking for an older guy though! I don't think she looked that good.
