One year...
Today is one year since my precious Gram passed away.
I cant believe we made it through all the firsts without her. We literally watched her take her last breath and although I am so blessed that we got to be there as she left this world, I just cant get the image out of my head.
I miss her so much and my heart breaks for my mother who is in such pain. Life will never be the same without her.
