So I went to the doctor...
since Af hasn't been around in 42 days and my EPT's were negative. First she didn't seem concerned chalked it up to anxiety like just getting married, going on h\m other life stressors.
Then she did an internal ultrasound and told me I'm pregnant but doesn't know if it will stick b\c the baby's heart beat was really slow She told me I tested too early and that's why the tests were negative. But can't you get a BFP after only being a few days pregnant? Apparently I'm 5 weeks. I don't know?
So we play the waiting game. At least I know we can get pregnant.

Oh my. I really hope that your pregnancy sticks, and the heart rate speeds up.
Not sure why she said you were testing early, when you can definitely get a BFP the day you miss AF (which avgs out between CD28-35). Also, if you got AF 42 days ago, that would mean that you're 6 weeks pg. Maybe the doctor misunderstood when you started testing and receiving BFNs, or when your LMP was?

First off, Congratulations...you are in my prayers....and I hope you have a healthy and happy 9 months.
Not all people, get a positive on a home pregnancy test. You need to have the HCG pass through the kidney ...and then into the urine.
Some people don't even get a positive on their blood test. It gets complicated there.
Basically, as soon as the egg implants,...hcg is secreted into the bloodstream.....and then eventually the blood passes through all the internal organs...and into the "kidney" which leads into the urine. In an essence you can get a BFP .....around 7 dpo...if you had quick implantation, and your blood circulates well....and your kidney operates well. Some people however, never get BFP on hpts.......

Congratulations and sending lots of STICKY VIBES!!!!! A baby's heart just starts beating around 5 or 6 weeks that could be why it is slow now...don't give up hope!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the heartfelt wishes girls. I didn't want to tell anyone but I knew you girls would be supportive, and understanding.
I go for another ultrasound in two weeks and then I'll see where we stand.
