letrazol?
I am going to be doing my first cycle of IUI this month and am taking letrazol. I took clomid alone for 2 months only to find that it made my uterine lining too thin to allow implantation. Has anyone used letrazol and had a similar side effect as I had with clomid? Thanks.

Re: letrazol?
I took it (femara) for several cycles. I had no side effects and I responded well to it. The last cycle I had 4 mature follies at O time.
However, the one concern I have about femara, is estradoil levels. I spoke to a RE and he said sometimes with that med the estradoil levels don't reach the point they need to. I found that interesting...and if you had any feedback on that yourself, I would love to know more.

Re: letrazol?
Estradoil (estrogen) levels surge when you are about to ovulate. This is what causes the rise in LH. When the doctor monitors you and gives you a blood test prior to ovulation....he is testing your E2 levels. (estradoil/estrogen). For every mature follicule, they say your estradoil level should be 200 +.
