ive had insomnia for years.. tried a bunch of things...
i tried rozerum it blew... i hated it didnt really make me sleepy at all, just wacky vivid dreams when i did acutally sleep... (like melatonin dreams but crazier vivid haha)....
lunesta and ambien are my fave, but drs dont like to give that for too long ive found
my current drs solution now is 1 mg of xanax (yah like thats not as addicting lol).. i take the xanax for anxity too as needed but it just works out well to take it to sleep now too ... best sleep ever
