does anyone get this when they run? I'm finding that I get it almost every time I start - for the first mile or so...
it's right between my shoulder blades.
Sometimes I can burp a few times and be done with it...but most - I just have to run through it (not sure if endorphins take over or if it goes away)
I don't normally eat/drink before I run.

I know exactly what your talking about! It's so annoying but it usuallly goes away if I stop for a few seconds and try to burp

long, long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.... i used to run.
i wouldn't get it in my back, per se. i'd get it more along my left shoulder. don't know why it happens or why it goes away, but i used to just run through it.
