How many days before AF arrives do you get cramps?
Just curious.
She is due on Monday, so it's 5 days prior to AF...and I have cramps. That same achey crampy feeling I have all the time but its pretty early..maybe not..I honestly don't remember how long I get cramps for. Maybe she is coming early... I have all the regular PMS symptoms..no fun at all!

to be completely honest....
i normally had cramps from a few days before ovulation to AF's departure.

I have gotten cramps as early as a week before AF or as late as only the first day of AF.

I know I cramp a lot too. The last few months I had awful cramps starting at O lasting a few days after o...then they went away, only to come back maybe 2 or 3 days before AF.
When I got pg with my son, I had cramps so badly I thought AF was on her way any second however I think they started the day before she was due. I don't remember!!
I am pretty sure I'm out again. I'm ok with it but getting discouraged. We tried very hard this month but it was a nice relaxed vacation...had a good feeling until 2 days ago.

I usually get cramps about 2-3 days before AF.

My body is so backwards - always has been - no wonder I'm not getting pregnant. 
I usually gt cramps 3 days INTO AF.  These aren't just mild cramps - they are debilitating. I've passed out in front of my classes several times because of them. I've had to be driven home from work, I've gone to the ER - I turn all shades of gray and green, my blood sugar plummets and the only way to get rid of them is to sleep it off. I could be fine one minute and the next minute be doubled over.
I was on the pill for almost 15 years because of this. They started out this bad when I got AF at 12. I've been off the pill for 3 years and they get worse and worse each month.
(sorry for going off on a tangent  )

same here. not sure if i only recently noticed them a week before AF b/c i am looking for PG signs or if my body is changing.

Being on BC for about 4 years made my cramps less severe. I only got them about 2-3 days before AF wa about to start and then for about another 2 days when I had it.
