cookbook for cooking challenged
I work full time and get home from work and am done dropping money on take out.
Anything for picky kids helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know they may sound cliche, but the Rachel Ray cookbooks are great. My kids are picky so I let them pick a recipe from the book so they are more inclined to eat them.
I have the "Get-Real" one and the original.

I have a very basic Betty Crocker book that is fool proof!
I also search the foodnetwork webiste and find a ton of great recipes there. They rate how hard they are.

I have that cookbook too. I also love all of Rachel Ray's books & the Campbell Soup cookbook.

Its not a cookbook, but the Kraft foods website has lots of easy simple recipes.
