Honestly- this is something you should get from your doctor. There is SUCH a wide range of what doctors recommend.
The basics that I've heard: unpasterized cheeses (kind of hard to find unpasterized cheese in the US)
cold cuts unless heated to steaming (I break this rule all the time).
Some are told to avoid fish with high levels of mercury (whitefish, tilefish <WT F is that anyway> albacore tuna) as well as raw sushi.
Alcohol (although some are told it's ok once in awhile).
Caffeine (I break this ALL the time)
Peanut butter (highly controversial you'll get different answers from everyone- my doc said it's fine, my SIL's doc said no way).
Generally- except for alcohol, I have had everything in moderation

PEANUT BUTTER - wow! What is the reason for that?
Apparently there may be a risk for developing food allergies. ESPECIALLY if there is a history of food allergies in the family.
