Stroller Stride
Does anyone know where they have these groups? I was at Broadway Mall today and they had stroller stride on Ocotober 8th. Missed that one.

I started a stroller mamas class 2 weeks ago and LOVE it!!!! You can do a week for free, too...so you can try it before you join. The website is: www.strollermamas.com I've done the classes in Huntington. In Nov. they will go inside to the Walt Whitman Mall and the Source Mall. I find it a great way to exercise, am motivated by the other mommies, & I don't have to find someone to watch Ryan while I am exercising. :)

i do stroller strides out of cedar creek park, but we will be moving indoors to broadway mall soon. 2 groups use that mall. you should come down and check it out. it is a nice group and a tough workout! plus, there are many playgroups and mom's groups.

My moms Best friend DIL owns one on LI .. i think it is the one they do a cedar creek . FM if you want to know more....
