My 17 year old nephew was involved in a terrible car accident last night. His girlfriend was killed and he is in extremely critical condition. They're not sure if he's going to pull through.
Can you please say a prayer for my step-brother and family?

Update 10/29:
Here's an update I just received from my dad...
The doctors inserted a trach tube into Chris' throat today so they could take the other ones out of his mouth. He opened his eyes briefly again today and made an attempt to squeeze the nurses hand when she asked ! He is taking small steps in the right direction. The prayers are working so keep them going !!!!!!

I'm so excited to report that Chris is awake and responsive! He still has the trach so he can't talk but he's been mouthing things to family.
He's alert, he's communicating and following commands.
My other nephew is there and brought his iPod with him. He let Chris listen to some songs and Chris was mouthing the words, singing along.
When he found out my sister and I were asking about him and praying for him he told (mouthed it) "Tell them to come visit me"
It's a miracle. That's the only way I can describe it.
He still has a long road ahead of him but what great progress he's making.
omg, I hope he pulls through your nephew, I will pray for a speedy recovery many prayers coming your way!! I'm so sorry about the loss of your nephews girlfriend.
