calculating luteal phase
Does the luteal phase start the day of O or the day after. Does it end the day AF arrives or the day before.
If I Ovulate day 11 and AF arrives day 22. How long was my LP?

Day after...1dpo would be the start of your luteal phase.
If you ovulate on CD11, and your cycle is 22 days long, then you have a LP of 10 days, which is on the short side.
