what's the earliest workout class you take?
I've never been able to make anything earlier than 9am, but today I was listening to the radio and they had a mom on that was talking about teaching a spin class every morning at 5am.... and I thought "5AM wow, I wonder if the class is packed or totally empty" but there has to be enough people to continue the class.
I can't make any classes during the weekday mornings and on the weekends (before yoga) I could never drag myself to a class that early.

I do aero or spin at 5:10am or 6am. have to be back home for dh to catch the train after 7. I go at nights too. 8 or 9pm

The earliest I have taken is spin at 6:00am and the class is PACKED. I have to get there at 5:30 to get a good bike.

I used to take a 5:45 am spin class. It was usually packed believe it or not!
