Delicate question, don't want to offend
Just a question to get us all mad, do you think there is any truth to the rumors that a woman's chances of giving birth to a healthy baby begin to diminsh after 30yrs old? I know that doctor's opinions range but what do you think? Also, isn't it a little strange that so many of us have problems as well as our friends! Anything in the water, sort of speak, why is infertility on the rise? (if it is at all)

Statistically speaking after 35 your chances of getting pregnant naturally decline sharply. SOme women are lucky enough to be able to conceive naturally at a later age. But if I knew then what I know now.....

I also wanted to add...my friend had her 1st baby at 41 and her 2nd baby at 42...she got PG the first month of trying with both of them.
Yes, I was VERY jealous!

Re: Delicate question, don't want to offend
I think awareness is on the rise. Years ago women and men struggled but it was a much more silent one.
However, it is in what we eat. All the pesticides/ chemicals, antibiotics injected in the animals etc do not help our hormones. The oestrogens can alter our hormonal state.
