Again-NYC Teachers who have submitted paperwork for 30+

Okay, short story. Finished my 30 credits in July. Still waiting on my certificiates. I was told that ASPDP will be mailing them out in November. It's now November and I'm waiting. I plan on physically giving them my paperwork down at Court St. Now, I know that I'd be entitled to retro pay. Does anyone know how far back the retro would go?

I've heard that it would go back to when the paper work is handed in.

I've heard that it goes back to when you finished the last course. That would be July.

I've also heard that it goes back to the start of the new semester. That would be September.

Anyone know the answer to this?

when I got my masters I got retro to when the class finished.

I finished mine is July....i put my paperwork in august...went through at the beginning of october...they did retro pay since september

Had the same situation. I just got my 30+. Finished my course work up at the end of July. Got the transcipt as soon as it was available and sent it on it. I think I saw the money at the end of September or October and it was retro from July.

Be warned the retro money is NOT a seperate check

I was told the pay 6 months of retro.

See, I understand there is a deadline to hand in the paperwork. I know I have to get mine in by Feb. 16th or so and if I miss that, I'm out that retro pay. I really want these papers to come NOW!!!
