help - what should I do ?
I'm concerned by this and not sure what to do. Some advice from girls that can relate would be really helpful to me.
History : 2 miscarriages in 1st 2 cycles of trying. Took 1 year break.
my cycles have always been 28 days and obviously had ovulated normally as I got pregnant in two months consecutively by bd at day 14.
Here's my issue : started taking prenatals 3 months sept - 39 day cycle, 11 days late oct - 31 day cycle, better nov - on day 34 still no af
I'm concerned something is the matter.
Would you :
a)try an OPK this month, figure out whether/when Im ovulating b)call the doctor ? (I dont know what they can do)
bonus question : Do you think it's possible that the prenatals are throwing things off ???
TIA

Re: help - what should I do ?
you know...for some reason i thought my prenatals had something to do with my cycles and TTC.. i know it sounds CRAZY.. but i wasnt taking any prenatal when i got PG the first time..and now my body is just VERY different.. like cycles and all..
you can always try the OPK for next month to just see when you are Oing.. then if it causes any concern after.. then you can make an appt.

Re: help - what should I do ?
Your cycles can change after a m/c.
If you don't know when you ovulated, then you can't be sure of when AF is due.
Next month, I'd definitely suggest using OPKs so you can get a better idea of when you ovulate. Once you get a +OPK, you can assume you ovulate the next day or the day following that, and expect AF to arrive approximately 15 days after ovulation.
Your cycles might have changed since the m/c so your BD timing may be off.
As far as prenatals, they will not affect your cycles.
Good luck sweetie!

If I were you, I would DEFINITELY use OPK's!
The discrepancy in your cycles is not by a tremendous amount....you are just 3 days late from your last pd. (even though it seems like an eternity). I don't think a dr. will be able to do much right now. I am not aware of prenatals effecting AF cycles, but if you think that is a cause, maybe stop taking them?

I would call a dr. and go in for bloodwork. W/ a vial of blood they can tell if you've ovulated or not. I have PCOS and don't ovulate on my own (usually)- though at rare times I have. After your 2 miscarriages- what did your dr say? Did you get any testing done? I would contact an RE over an OB/GYN-but you should do whatever you feel comfortable w/.

interesting - 1 vote for bloodwork
1st miscarriage - no testing 2nd miscarriage - chromosome issue
I just feel like it's weird that 1 year after m/c my cycle is changing now.
I dont know, I just always felt like my biggest issue would be having another miscarriage, now im thinking "oh what's the freakin problem now!"
This was our first month of actually trying. So the BFN isn't even my concern. I don't know...I'm sorry for rambling..I just feell so confused the last 3 months.
I really appreciate all responses and opinions
