Parking Around MSG?
Anyone have any good ideas???
We're headed to the Knicks game on Sunday to watch them play MY Mavericks!

yeah - but coming from our house - it's an hour and 20 minute train ride and 20 bucks per person on the train (if not more - the price for the train KEEPS GOING UP)...
driving - is the cost of the tolls and parking (pretty much the same) and takes us 40 minutes!

On Sundays, there arent parking restrictions in most areas. You can park right on the street. Try to get something on 31st between 7th and 6th ave. If not, there is a meyers parking garage on 31st between 8th and 9th on your left and one between 7th and 8th on your left. If you park over there, and want somewhere to go to lunch or dinner, cafe 31 is directly next to the meyers parking garage between 7th and 8th right next to the garden. The food is amazing!!!and reasonable! Have fun!!

we went last sunday....
as an FYI - parking was 40 bucks - but it was RIGHT outside the garden... It was a lot - but still cheaper than a train ride into the city for us! They keep raising the prices for NJ Transit!

LMAO sorry i didnt even check the date. Dh works for cablevision which owns msg so we get $10 parking at the meyers parking garage between 8th and 9th which is a huge savings. So even with the midtown tunnel toll, and the gas, it is still way cheaper than paying $46 for the two of us. Now they are talking about raising fares 25%. Unreal!!!
