Months later...
Do you still have periods when you're suddenly VERY sad again? I was doing really well for a long time with just the occasional wistful moment, but I've been feeling very sad & empty again lately...

Yes...I am going through one right now...All I keep thinking is that I should be celebrating Rogan's first Thanksgiving and Christmas. Instead, I'm trying to get PG again...

i think every month that i am out and have AF.. it hits me the worse..
then i will be okay.. and its like a rollercoaster..

I don't get sad, but rather very ANXIOUS. I go through fits of anxiety.
I know how you are feeling though. Lets just hope tha t5 years from now this feeling is a distant memory.

Yes, I'm going through it right now as well with the holidays coming. I had been really looking forward to Christmas because I thought I would have my baby.
It's very hard.

 after my 2nd loss i felt so empty, and it did come back at times when seeing a friend who had a child the same age as mine- but then i shifted my focus towards doing something positive( i joined ww, and learned how to eat healthier) and it made me feel better that at least one good thing came from all the bad. now i think we all have a plan, even though it doesnt make sense right away....and when you do get pregnant and have the baby you'll appreciate it even more after what we've gone through

For me its only been 5wks sonce D&C and its been a rollercoaster of emotions. Monday i really started to feel ok and then BOOM- today i am SO down in the dumps again. I dont even think im eating dinner tonite. I just want to crawl in bed
