Today my brother would have been 46
Today, Veterans day, was my brothers birthday. He always teased me when we were little that the whole country had off on his birthday. This is the 2nd birthday since he's been gone and its very strange. Especially since my family (and his family) isn't even doing anything today. Just sad, you know. I really miss him.

aw.  maybe you can start your own tradition of something special to do on his birthday from now on.
something as simple as writing him a note, sending up a balloon to him, playing a favorite song, etc.
 Happy Birthday to him.

Many to you
I lost my uncle and my grandma who both celebrate birthdays in November. It is a terrible month for me. My mom's b-day is also in November so we try to make it special for her, but it is so sad.
