This stomach virus
I've been ill with this damn thing since Saturday. No more vomiting but still feel nauseous everytime I eat or drink too fast. How long does this last? I'm so sick of being sick

I was looking on webmd and they say it can affect you for 1-10 days. However, they do recommend taking small sips of liquid and food for the very same reason you are saying and make sure it's bland and decaffienated. Drinking may get you queasy if you are dehydrated too. Just make sure you avoid dinking too fast.

Ugh Diane, feel better!
I had it a few weeks ago. It started on a Thursday and by Sunday I finally felt better.
It totally took a toll on me!!!!

I had it a few weeks ago. It started on a Thursday and by Sunday I finally felt better.
It totally took a toll on me!!!!
Thanks! I feel pretty much OK now...Just a bit of left over nausea. Very annoying! How are you? How is your little baby ?

I hope you start to feel better soon.  Mine started last Friday and today I actually had "real" food and my stomach hurt so bad. I seriously feel like a wet dishrag. My doc said 7-10 days. 
Hope tomorrow is a better day!

Still tired! I can't seem to shake the fatigue. My stomach is fine when I eat certain things and not good on some others..yucky! How about you? Hope you are feeling better

I had this too...
started Monday night - I was at a dinner for work with my district and my manager. It started at the restaurant, I had only been tired before I left the house so I thought "no big deal". Well, by the time the apps were brought out, I had to run to the bathroom... nothing happened. I called, DH and told him I was feeling bad and he said to try to go home. So I went back to the table and thought I should stick this out. Well another wave of nausia swept over me and I excused myself. I must have looked bad b/c my boss told me to let him know in the am if I couldn't work.
I got in the car and vomitted! Had I stayed another minute, I would have thrown up in front of about 10 people at their dinner table! How bad is that. So I drove soaked in vomit for about 20 minutes. Got home and threw up everything I ate in the last 10 years it seemed. All night long, then DH started vomitting around 3am. Poor DD was fussing in her sleep b/c of all the noise. Next day I had horrible diareah. Today I had 2 meals (sort of), I still feel horrible when I eat. My mom got annoyed we didnt' stay for dessert yesterday - I was like "do you like cleaning up puke?" I had 2 tiny pieces of turkey, a teaspoon of stuffing, a tablespoon of sweet potatoes and that was it. Great Thanks Giving! Hope you feel better soon... I'm still working on it. I had no idea it could last 7-10 days... that's insane!
