Do you ever have those...
"just when you think youre ok, youre not" days??
Im having one of those today
I started the day happy bc i feel AF cramps and hope shes on her way. But on the other hand, w/ today being a holiday, im just sad over the loss.

Definitely normal- I bet it's largely because of the holiday...you will feel better as time goes on.  It's still very fresh for you, and I am sure you imagined a very different Thanksgiving this year.....
Stay strong- I am sure next year at this time things will be much better!

Absolutely. It's totally normal and healthy to allow yourself to feel those feelings. Each day will get a little better, and when AF finally shows it will be a new beginning for you. It won't make the pain go away, but hopefully it wll shift your focus some on the future and its possibilities.

And yes today... Just for a few minutes. I was standing alone and my not so small to begin with belly was stuffed with Food and sticking out and my hand reached down and I thought to myself I would be halfway home now...over 20 weeks PG and I wanted to be able to say I was thankful for my miracle Pregnancy...and instead..nothing...and I just started to cry hard tears and was surprised as I have been fine lately....It didnt last more then a few min's and I will probably attribute it to PMS...But it sucked to feel that way , that damn loss that stings so bad , if even for a few short min.'s...it was too much.
Im sorry you felt that way and that anyone ever has to.

Yes. I even have them throughout the day. Some moments I feel okay and others I feel so sad. Yesterday being a holiday was super hard for me.

Yeah, 1 year later and Im fine with this everyday.
Today, xmas shopping at Toys R Us, the huge baby section. All the car seats and strollers were GLARING at me.
The little trikes for babies.
I could even smell the baby smell over there.
I almost said to my sister," just think, we would have been shopping for my 8 month old today too." But I didn't, I figured why bother saying it out loud.
Thanksgiving comment, a family friend comes over and comments, " wow, look at all these empty extra bedrooms." OUCH
Today is the first time EVER that I have gotten sad looking at a BFP post online.
These days suck!
Tomorrow will be better
