Cabo San Lucas
DH and I and 2 other couples are thinking of possibly going to Cabo in March.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any hotel recomendations and what the nightlife is like there.
I am not a big fan of Mexico and I have heard mixed reviews about Cabo but my friend is dieing to go there.

I was there 2 summers ago. The nightlight is great. It's VERY safe.
I stayed at the Riu. It was perfect! I highly rec it.

i am going in feb for a wedding. we're staying at the pueblo pacifica which is about 10 minutes from town. if i wasn't there for a wedding, i prob. would've stayed at dreams, though its a bit further from downtown. the couple being wed has a timeshare in cabo and love it (that's why they're getting married there.) good luck with your travel planning!

DH and I went to Cabo for our HM and we stayed at the Riu Palace.. it was AMAZING!! The food was great there too.. we ate out on the town as well and it was perfectly safe.. We want to go back

we stayed here for our HM as well
we LOVED it
we went into town for dinner most nights
which was great b/c the hotel was close enough to town for a cheap cab ride
I would go back in a heartbeat
cabo is awesome- the best spot in Mexico in my opinion
