Dollar tree tests..

I tested positive and it was confirmed by my Dr. 2 days ago that I am pregnant...

I tested with Dollar Tree again this morning (FMU) and the line looked the same if not lighter... Now I'm concerned..

What is everyone's experience with Dollar Tree? I am 16DPO.

Personally they never were accurate for me. In fact, even after getting my BFP on the digital and FRER and having it confirmed by the RE the Dollar Tree test still showed a BFN.

Clearly the test was wrong!

I only used Dollar Tree tests. My mom actually doubted my pregnancy thinking they might be defective.

Even after being PG a month or more though, the lines still weren't EXACTLY the same shade of dark. If you still have a second line, I think you're fine. If you're worried, maybe try another brand test.

had the same issue....tried a few of them and would get one really dark positive..one lighter one....and i actualy doubted the BFP until i went to a Dr....if you went to a dr. call them and ask..it can't hurt jsut to ease your mind

You're pregnant! Seriously though, don't worry about how dark the lines are. There is a line!!!

it was accurate for me... that's how i found out was with a dolar tree!

if your Dr. confirmed, you ARE pregnant. stop testing!

I used dollar tree tests and got positives on all of them and i am 8 weeks pregnant. I tested a week later and the lines were all darker. Hope this helps! Congrats!

how come you are still testing if your doctor confirmed you are pregnant?

I tested multiple times to confirm. once i realized i was pregnant, i stopped testing.

I tested positive with a dollar tree test at 9DPO - it was VERY faint, but did get darker as the days went on

I got a BFP at 10 DPO using a dollar tree test! It was faint, but definitely there. I think they're reliable!

They worked well for me, but remember, your line could be lighter because the test could contain less dye. I know it's really hard in the beginning, but try to keep positive.

I had the same thing happen to me. I tested again with a FRER and on those tests my line was WAY darker than the control line. I think the dollar tree tests just arent as sensitive.

This is what I used when I found I was pg...I took 2 tests and both were positive. Everyone that I know who used their tests had the correct result.

stop using dollar tree tests. while they worked for me - i HIGHLY recommend getting yourself a digital and once you get the PREGNANT word - it will ease all fears you have! TOTALLY worked for me!
