??s for those that've worked in a college
I am debating a job change. I'm currently a HS guidance counselor and college advisor. I'm looking into positions in either College Admissions or Academic Advising.
Are college employees "tenured" like teachers? Are there unions and contracts and pay scales? Or is it completely a private enterprise?
