Anyone who did IVF at North Shore?

I just got a refund check for $1642!!

While I am not complaining, I am not sure what it is for and I'm afraid to call to find out.

I had paid for the full cycle up front including the hospital facility fee which was $1200 (not covered by my insurance).

We did one cycle of IVF which worked and as far as I know, 2 embryos were frozen and should still be frozen because I haven't heard otherwise. (I"m due in February).

Do you think I should call to find out or just shut up and put the money towards baby stuff?? I am so curious though... but don't want to find out it's a mistake!

I did IVF there and I just had my baby in November 20th.
That is great about the check!! I hope I get one also. I had to pay some fees up front as well. I had to pay in advance to freeze the embroys. I think I would cash the check.

it's possible some of your insurance picked up some of the cost
we had an initially quote and then the day before payment was due we o letter about a reduced rate since ins was covering some
