Tea for baby ?
Besides Chamomile Tea, what is another good relaxing tea that can be given to a baby. We ran out and I really dont want to run to the store right now. Any other soothing/relaxing tea recommendation?
FYI, My DD is almost 11 months. She's been having sleep issues the last few nights and I want to calm her down before she goes down, she seems too wound up whenever she gets in bed lately. Any help/suggestions/info will be GREATLY appreciated. I need to sleep.
