Question about CM
Hi ladies! I hope you don't mind me posting a question. I've noticed that for the past few months that I have EWCM for a few days, then I have watery for a day or two until I O. I'm assuming this isn't a good thing and that I need the EWCM to last until O day...any suggestions about what I can do? I'm going to start taking Robi next month- I also started taking Omega fish oil and evening primrose oil this month....

Watery cm is just as good as ewcm. It's the creamy thick cm that can be hostile to sperm.
Baby carrots or veggies with vitamin A help the stretchiness. Drink some V8 splash or carrot juice etc. Some people take betacarroteine in tablet form but too much Vitamin A can be harmful. I take Alfalfa tablets from AF to O, since that helps alkalize cervical mucus.
